can i contest my own score? i scored 3x0,000 something i think, (died at the Octopus) not 700,000
unless the scores are being doubled for some reason?

brilliant game though
Pity it's monochrome. With that chunky scrolling, they could definitely have put a bit of colour in it.
i must say though, although i'm not fond of the monochrome, i dont mind it. The whole game plays so much better than the blocky looking and more colourful C64 version, that it ranks behind only the arcade original, and (imho) the definative Amiga version for playablity.
i think that enduring the nasty scrolling on this, is why i am more forgiving of those amiga games which also feature 'not as good as the machine can do'-scrolling, on such classics as Xenon II especially.
Oh well, at least this version of NZS made me appriciate great playability - even if it did my eyes no good! ;)
